SUMMARY

As a Team Leader Field Technician (Cleaner), you will oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in various environments. This role requires a proactive approach to manage the cleaning schedule, supplies, and staff assignments while ensuring all cleaning procedures meet health and safety standards. You will be responsible for training new staff, maintaining equipment, and providing on-site quality control to achieve superior cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Outstanding Customer Service Experience
● Great understanding of Quality Control in the cleaning Industry
● Details oriented and ability to work alone without supervision
● BC Class 5 Drivers Licence
● Knowledge of interior and exterior Commercial/Residential cleaning Techniques as
well
● as post-construction cleaning techniques.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Willing to commit at least 2+ years with the Company
● Be physically fit
● Experience in a Restaurant is an Asset

DUTIES

● Supervise and coordinate field activities of other workers.
● Attract new talent, train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
● Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
● Assist to walk-through
● Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
● Receive payment for specialised cleaning jobs
● Assist cleaners in performing duties.
● Perform cleaning duties using power tools Such as Carpet machine, Pressure
washing
● etc…in residential, commercial and industrial settings.
● improve quality, productivity, and efficiency of field operations
● Perform some Junk Removal Related operations.
