INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: Remote (US or Canada)
DUTIES
- Identifying new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Converting high-quality ‘preferred’ customers to support growth and meet sales targets
- Gather, record and update customer information in the client database
- Maintain and follow-up system of contact for business prospects with CRM database
- Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with new prospects
- Demonstrate our GPS solution features online, focusing on the prospects’ challenges and pain points
- Utilize, leverage and update internal technology to register and manage prospects and marketing leads effectively and in a timely manner
- Timely answer and manage assigned Qualified Leads Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process in the company’s CRM.
- Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics
- Participate in regular sales meetings
- Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales objectives
