COMMIS CHEF
LOCATION: Melbourne, Australia
This is a full-time position that will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts may comprise a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in fine dining (Hatted, Michelin star, or equivalent)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Excellent food knowledge
- A desire to perform at the highest level
