The application process for an Investor Visa for Italy involves two steps:

1 . Applying for the Nulla Osta (Certificate of No Impediment):

• Begin the online application on the official website, completing the necessary forms.
• Scan and attach the required documents electronically.
• Electronically sign the Final Declaration before submitting it.
• The Investor Visa Committee Secretariat will review your documents. If everything is in order, the committee will evaluate your application. If any documents are missing, you will need to submit them.

Once all documents are complete:

• The Investor Visa Committee will assess your application, consisting of representatives from various ministries and government agencies.
• You will receive a decision within 30 days.

2. Applying for the Italy Investor Visa:

• After receiving a decision from the Investor Visa Committee, you have six months to apply for a visa at the nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate.
• Submit the Nulla Osta and provide hard copies of all the documents previously submitted. Additional documents may be required.

Once the Italian Embassy or Consulate grants you the visa, you have two years to use it to enter Italy.
