Requirements:

• IRATA level 1 or higher + window cleaning experience
• 2+ years of experience in rope access or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Canadian driver’s licence
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Start date of position: March 2025

Duties:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings, bridges, and other  structures using rope access techniques 
• Conduct visual inspections and identify potential hazards or defects
•  Execute painting, coating, and other surface protection applications
• Install, repair, and replace equipment and materials as needed
• Collaborate with other technicians and teams to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed 
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures 
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
